OK, this is what happens when Kalo gets band nutso from a concert. I went to see Dir en Grey live a few weeks ago here in Houston. ( it was freakin' awesome!!) Anyways, I fast learned the story of Kyo's box after asking my Dir en Grey encyclopedia of a friend why the crowd went crazy when the stagehands brought out box. Kyo, the extraordinarily demented and angry lead singer, feels more comfortable performing with a platform of some kind to put his foot on while he sings. For a while, he used an amp until he got really into a performance and kicked it. One amp funeral later, he has a box that goes with him on all his tours and enters the stage before anybody else. The concept amused me to the point where I had to make this little comic. The person picking up the box, is Kaoru, the lead guitarist. I like his hair purple ^_^ lemme alone.... Anyways, I drew all the chibis then scanned 'em and put 'em to order and color in photoshop. The color job is not exactly gorgeous, but I couldn't let 'em walk around color nekkid. I don't have much experience with chibis, so let me know what you think if you get the chance. Hope you likes!
